1) Corn Mayo Sandwich Recipe 

Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:-

Mayonnaise:- 3-4 tbsp

Corn kernels:-1 cup cooked

Onion:- 1 small (chopped)

Cheese slices

Bell pepper(Green, Red, or yellow)- ½ cup

Coriander leaves-1/2 cup

A pinch of black pepper powder/ paprika

A pinch of Salt

Bread slices

Recipe:-

Take a saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of oil to it. Heat the oil. Add finely chopped onion to it. Saute till transparent. Add ½ cup of finely chopped yellow pepper and ½ cup of finely chopped red pepper to it. Add I cup of a cooked corn kernel. Add a pinch of salt. Add a pinch of coarsely black pepper (optional). Mix it well for 2 minutes. Cool the mixture completely. Add some coriander leaves to it. Finally, add mayonnaise to get the creamy texture. Remove the ends of the bread and spread the creamy mixture on one slide of the bread. Place a cheese slice on it. Gently press one on another.

Ingredients:-

1 cup chopped cabbage

1 cup chopped tomato

1 cup grated cucumber

1 cup chopped capsicum

1 cup grated carrot

3 tbsp(tablespoon) tomato ketchup

½ cup mayonnaise

A pinch of black pepper powder

A pinch of salt

Bread slices

Recipe:-

Mix all the above ingredients(except bread slices) well in a large bowl.

Spread half a tablespoon of softened butter on one slice of bread and spread the above mixture on the other. Gently press one on another. Add some butter to the pan. Place the sandwich and roast it on both sides. Continue cooking until the toast is rich golden brown. Take it out from the Pan and cut it into four equal pieces.

A spicy potato sandwich is an extremely flavorful dish that can be served either as breakfast or as an evening snack. This is an Indian-style Aloo(potato) masala sandwich with a lovely touch of cheese. Best served with some fries and ketchup by the side.

Ingredients:-

Boiled potatoes-4 nos.

Cooked green peas- ½ cup

Onion:- 1 small (chopped)

½ tbsp cumin seeds

Juice of 1 lemon

Bell pepper(Green, Red, or yellow)- ½ cup finely chopped

Black pepper coarsely/ paprika (quantity as per choice)

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves-1/2 cup

Bread slices

Recipe:-.

Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan and add chopped onion to it and saute until the onions turn transparent. Now add paprika powder, and salt and mix it well. Add Boiled, peeled, and cut potatoes and mash the potatoes roughly into them. Add cooked green peas and lemon juice. Mix it well and your potato mixture is ready. Keep it aside.

Now take 2 slices of sandwich bread. On both sides of the bread slices, spread some tomato ketchup. On the slice with mint chutney, place a cheese slice and Over it, place the potato mixture and gently spread it all across the bread slice. That’s it. A spicy POTATO SANDWICH is ready to EAT.

Ingredients:-

1 cup of fresh coriander leaves

1 cup of fresh mint leaves

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1 green chilly

Salt as required

Butter

Brown bread slices

Recipe:-

Add all the above ingredients except bread in the grinder and grind it well until smooth fine paste.

Take two Bread slices. Spread half a tablespoon of softened butter on one slice of bread and spread green chutney on the other. Gently press one on another. Add some butter to the pan. Place the sandwich and roast it on both sides.

Add all the above ingredients except bread in the grinder and grind it well until smooth fine paste.

Take two slices of bread. Spread butter evenly on the bread. Repeat the same for the other bread. Place tomato slices on one piece of bread. Place cucumber slices on it. Sprinkle a little of salt. Add onions or yellow/ red pepper. Add Green chutney
and Finish it off with a slice of cheese. Close it with another slice of bread and gently press it. Toast it in the sandwich maker. Once the toast is lightly browned on one side, close the sandwich and flip it over. Continue cooking until the toast is rich golden brown.

Remove the sandwiches from the pan once toasted properly and ENJOY!!
